Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone or royal mail if you wish.

We do not take any payment until goods are shipped.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We must be advised of non-delivery of goods within 7 days from the date of invoice, otherwise a claim cannot be made on the carriers for loss in transit. If we are not so advised the consignee will be deemed responsible for the loss.

Shipping And Handling Postage and Packing is £3.50 to addresses on the Mainland UK. If you live anywhere else, we will contact you to advise of the carriage cost and confirm it is acceptable before proceeding with your order.

We send goods by 1st Class Royal Mail post and Interlink Couriers that needs to be signed for on arrival. Our orders usually arrive within a couple of working days.

Unfortunately, the costs for the some of the UK's furthest reaches (mainly the Highlands, Ireland, ROI and the islands) are higher. Delivery Schedule Orders normally arrive to you within 2 working days. Please make sure we are given a delivery address where the parcel can be signed for.

On the rare occasion that we are out of stock of an item we will contact you by phone or email to advise you of the situation.

Back Orders We do not as a rule back order items. However, we will let you know by telephone or email is we do not have the item and let you know when we would expect to take delivery.

We do not take payment for any goods until they are being sent to you.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
